UNI-GUIDE Consultancy Services is looking for a seasoned "Educational Counselor" to provide quality, comprehensive counseling and support services to the students. The candidate must have a strong background knowledge in education and counseling, with a passion for helping students overcome challenges and reach their full potential. The Educational Counselor will play a key role in providing academic guidance, career counseling, and personal support to students at all levels.
This is a full-time, on-site job that is located in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual counseling to every student on academic, career, and personal development.
Manage and Coordinate the application process for students applying to foreign universities
Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, ability to detail, and a thorough understanding of international education systems.
Assist students in exploring career options, setting career goals, and developing action plans to achieve them.
Scrutinize documents authenticity
Ensure the collection and submission of all documents e.g. academic documents, recommendation letters, CVs, etc are on time.
Communicate with foreign universities and admission officers to facilitate the admission process for students.
Build and Maintain relationships with international educational institutions.
Address and resolve any issues and challenges faced on any level of the admission process.
Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance the overall experience.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records, including counseling notes and progress reports.
Stay informed about current trends, updates, policies, and best practices in various institutions, educational counseling, and student support services.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 1-year experience in Educational Counseling
High command of communication and interpersonal skills, in English and Urdu.
Ability to operate Laptop and work on different software applications
Demonstrated ability in advising, counseling, and student enrollment
Must be able to handle the pressure
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Must be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Willing to work flexible hours to meet the demands of the jobs.
