What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our dynamic call center team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and transportation, with a proven track record of effectively managing and dispatching trucks across the United States.
- Coordinate and dispatch trucks efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Monitor truck routes and schedules to optimize delivery times and reduce costs.

What we’re looking for
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Truck Dispatcher in the US.
- Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in dispatch software and call center operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
