Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern Human Resources to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources, recruitment, and employee relations in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You will work closely with our HR managers, contributing to real projects and learning the best practices in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Help organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
  • Provide support in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of human resources.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or project experience in human resources.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Experience with recruitment and selection processes.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
