Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern Human Resources to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources, recruitment, and employee relations in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You will work closely with our HR managers, contributing to real projects and learning the best practices in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Help organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Provide support in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of human resources.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or project experience in human resources.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
- Experience with recruitment and selection processes.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
