Front End Design And Web Developer - REMOTE

We are seeking a talented and experienced Front End Design and Web Developer with expertise in JAMSTACK-based static site generators. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end development process using any of the available generators. This role involves creating design elements using CSS and HTML, developing corresponding JAMSTACK elements, and successfully rendering content using build and deploy commands. Additionally, candidates should be proficient in leveraging version control for seamless deployment pipeline creation.

For the right level of experience we are willing to accommodate candidates who can support the level of effort working part time.

Front End Development:

• Design and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop responsive and visually appealing web pages that align with project requirements and client specifications.
• Optimize web design for maximum speed and scalability.

JAMSTACK Development:

• Utilize JAMSTACK-based static site generators (such as Gatsby, Next.js, Hugo, etc.) to build static websites and applications.
• Develop, configure, and deploy static sites using build tools and commands.

Design and User Experience:

• Create engaging and intuitive design elements that enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional front-end code.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

Version Control and Deployment:

• Use version control systems (such as Git) to manage codebase and collaborate with team members.
• Set up and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
