Job Description

Last Wave Technology is seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of securing new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the software development or technology industry.
