Position Overview

Overview: The Graphic Designer at TM Events Group will undertake a dynamic role within the Marketing Team, collaborating closely with various segments to enhance and create visual content. This role involves flexible hours based on workload, with tasks ranging from quick edits to more involved design projects. The Graphic Designer will play a key part in shaping the visual identity of TM Events across digital platforms, physical materials, and event presentations.

In addition to daily design tasks, the Graphic Designer will work strategically to develop and implement visual concepts that align with the company’s branding and marketing objectives. This includes creating engaging graphics for social media, the website, and online advertisements, as well as developing visuals for physical signage and event renders. The role requires a blend of creativity and technical skill to effectively communicate TM Events Group's unique offerings and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration with Brand and Socials Manager:

Edit and enhance photos from events for digital platforms.

Design creative visuals and graphics for social media posts to ensure a cohesive and engaging online presence.

Support for Website and SEO Manager:

Develop engaging visual graphics for the TM Events website, ensuring alignment with SEO strategies to optimize web presence.

Edit and enhance photos for web use, contributing to the website's overall visual appeal.

Design visual graphics for online advertisements, promoting TM Events across various digital channels.

Collaboration with Operations Manager/Creative Director:

Create visuals for physical signage and decals for use at events, ensuring the brand’s visual identity is consistent across all physical materials.

Produce renders of potential event setups, aiding in visualizing and presenting offers to clients.

Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred.

A good understanding of branding and visual communication principles.

Experience or interest in photo editing and graphic design for digital and print.

Ability to collaborate with different departments to ensure visual content aligns with marketing strategies.

Creativity and an eye for detail to produce high-quality visual work that resonates with the audience.

Basic knowledge of SEO and web design best practices is a plus but not required.
