We are now seeking a Purchaser with 5 years of experience to join our remote team and help us maintain our commitment to quality and innovation in the accounting industry.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze purchasing data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future purchasing needs.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Job Specification
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles, specifically in the accounting sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
