Responsibilities
Formulate and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brands.
Curate compelling content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Conceptualize visually appealing designs for digital media.
Engage proactively with audience feedback, comments, messages, and reviews to foster an active online community.
Strategize and execute dynamic social media campaigns to amplify special offers, events, and packages.
Analyse campaign performance to refine strategies and optimize engagement and reach.
Deliver insightful marketing updates and fresh ideas to the leadership team.
Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand partners to expand our digital footprint.
Monitor social media metrics to assess strategy and campaign effectiveness.
Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and features.
Maintain an organized social media calendar for strategic content.
Leverage social media advertising and promotions to enhance visibility and target specific audiences.
Implement SEO best practices within social media activities for improved online visibility.
Provide actionable insights based on data analysis for continuous improvement.
Handle crisis communication adeptly to protect the brand’s reputation.

Qualifications
Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is essential from one of the leading universities in Pakistan.
Experience: You should have 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role. Background in graphic design is welcome.
Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, campaign strategies, and analytical tools is a must.
Graphic Design Skills: You have a vast experience creating impactful visually attracting posts and videos, using Canva/ Adobe Suite.
Communication Skills: Your written and verbal communication skills should be top-notch, with an eye for design and visual aesthetics. Craft compelling content tailored to specific audiences.
Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial. Interpret data effectively and derive actionable insights.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
Tech Requirements: Ensure you have a computer or laptop with a high-speed processor, reliable internet, and consistent power supply.
Time Zone Flexibility: Be prepared to work in zone hours as assigned by the client.
AI Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI tools within the digital marketing arena. Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, chatbots, and personalized targeting strategies is a significant asset.
