Job Description
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
- Coordination with clients with respect to all the equipment/products being sold under Company’s umbrella.
- Give introduction presentations to the customer regarding the equipment as well as providing demos to give hands on experience to the customer as and when required.
- Continuous follow ups with customers and in-house department from raising sales order, purchase order, delivery orders till invoicing both from client as well as vendor.
- Providing after sales technical as well as training support to the customers as and when required.
- Proper filing of all the document related to different clients and products starting from sales till project completion
- Preparing project reports for HOD
- Assisting department head as well as completing different tasks assigned by HOD.
- Attending online trainings related to products being sold under Company’s umbrella.
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.
- Establish customer rapport and acceptance.
- Stay knowledgeable regarding updates in science and research by continuing to read and study new data.
- Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities
Requirements & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Test & Measurement Equipment product line, specially used in Aerospace & defense, telecommunication and R&D institutes in Electrical and Radio Frequency and microwave domain well conversant in measurement principles and techniques.
- Experience in the design and development of Test & Measurement solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development, data analysis, and signal processing.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to these application area of Measurement.
