We need a professional and talented bachelor's graduate to carry out the admission procedure in our partner universities abroad. Moreover, it also involves giving information & recruiting applicants who would like to proceed with study abroad opportunities in European & American Countries.
To sum it up, we are looking for the following tasks to be carried out:
Determines whether the student is eligible for bachelor, Master & Ph.D. level degrees.
Speaking to groups and individual students and elaborating on the study abroad options provided by Afghan Link.
Advises students and families regarding educational opportunities and options, admission and other requirements, policies and procedures, transfer of credit, and financial assistance, as appropriate.
Analyzes trends in student recruitment and retention programs; designs and implements recruitment programs for targeted groups of potential students, and develops strategies for program evaluation.
Creates and distributes a range of resources and promotional materials designed for the recruitment and retention of targeted groups.
Prepares reports and proposals, and responds to inquiries from students and external agencies.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus one year's related experience in an educational or Management setting.
• IT skills with knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and database skills are essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and cross-continent teams.
• Good literacy skills to prepare correspondence and maintain records to a high standard.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately with excellent attention to detail in order to meet deadlines.
• Absolute discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Evidence of continual willingness to develop own professional skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills at all levels.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
