Training Course Preparation: Assist trainers in preparing training materials, including slides, manuals, and other teaching resources.
Training Event Organization: Arrange and coordinate details of training courses, such as training venues, schedules, and equipment preparation.
Student Management: Maintain student rosters, process registration and attendance records, and ensure that students arrive on time for training.
Support Trainers: Provide support to trainers during training, such as helping to prepare presentation materials, distribute materials, and manage interactive sessions.
Other Tasks: Assist with other daily operations of the training department as needed.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Training Management, or related fields.
Work Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in training or administrative support preferred.
