We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and the ability to create visually compelling graphics, as well as edit engaging videos that align with our brand and marketing objectives. This role requires a combination of creative skills, technical expertise, and an understanding of current design and video trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Create visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and website assets.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and produce creative concepts that effectively communicate our brand message.
- Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Video Editing:
- Edit raw video footage into polished videos for social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
- Add visual effects, music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the final product.
- Work with the marketing team to understand the goals of each video project and ensure that the content aligns with our brand strategy.
- Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring the best quality and format for each.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing software, tools, and trends to continuously improve the quality of work.
Content Creation:
- Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including animations, and infographics.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to produce cohesive and impactful content.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and social media engagement.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure that design and video projects meet objectives and timelines.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content strategy.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
