- Document and track customer interactions accurately.
Job Specification
- Must have experience in BPO and Call center industry as a Closer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications concepts is a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office applications.
