We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Team Lead.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably with a background in both sales and call center environments. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor sales activities and performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize sales results.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Manage and prioritize inbound and outbound sales inquiries, ensuring timely and effective response to customer queries and requests.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, seeking resolution in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Prior experience in a call center environment is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
