Job Title: Sales Representative for E-commerce Store

Job Description:

Aimans Collection, a growing e-commerce business specializing in cosmetics, jewelry, and home products, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Representatives. Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell products through online platforms.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and online visibility.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

- Maintain and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.

- Track sales data and report performance weekly.

- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

- Fresh graduates or experienced candidates in sales, especially in e-commerce or retail.

- Familiarity with online selling platforms (e.g., Daraz, Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is an advantage.

- Customer-focused, with a positive and professional attitude.

Salary & Commission Structure:

- Basic salary: 25,000 PKR per month.

- Commission:

- Earn 40% commission on each product sold.

- If you sell 7 products in a month, you will receive an additional bonus of 1,500 PKR.

2. Sales & Marketing: Strong understanding of online sales strategies, customer acquisition, and digital marketing techniques.

3. Customer Service: Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide exceptional support to ensure satisfaction.

4. Social Media Management: Managing and promoting products on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others.

5. Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cosmetics, jewelry, and home products to better inform and assist customers.

6. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers to secure the best outcomes.

7. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

8. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges related to sales and customer service.

9. Time Management: Efficient in managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring productivity in a remote work environment.

10. Basic Digital Literacy: Familiarity with e-commerce tools, social media platforms, and basic software applications (e.g., MS Office).
