- Optimize the hotel's website content and landing pages for SEO to improve search rankings and drive traffic.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality digital marketing materials, such as promotional videos, graphics, and written content.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and hospitality to propose innovative strategies to enhance guest engagement and online visibility.
- Manage and grow the hotel's social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries and reviews.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies.
