We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering a positive experience by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the best course of action
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Proactively reach out to customers to provide updates or additional information as needed
Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary
