Job Title: Property Advisor

Experience: Minimum 2 year of experience as a Property Advisor

Salary: Up to 80,000 PKR per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Property Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying architectural services and providing expert guidance and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, conducting property evaluations, and staying updated on market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to determine their property needs and preferences.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to provide clients with informed advice.
  • Assist clients in the buying, selling, and renting processes, guiding them through each step.
  • Prepare property listings, advertisements, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain a network of industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property management.
  • Valid real estate license (as required by state regulations).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
