Customer Service: Friendly, patient, and empathetic approach to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Self-Motivation: High level of drive and initiative to meet or exceed sales targets independently.
Time Management: Efficiently managing time to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and sales tasks within set deadlines.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to address customer concerns and find solutions that satisfy both the client and the company.
Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and understand the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the products/services.
Adaptability: Flexibility to handle different types of customers and scenarios.
Computer Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, spreadsheets, and other sales tools for tracking calls, leads, and sales.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude to continue making calls.
