We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you are passionate about marketing, enjoy administrative tasks, and are eager to grow in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging content for websites and social media accounts for both the company and its clients.
- Coordinate between internal teams to help complete projects.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular communication and project updates.
- Assist the CEO with day-to-day operations, manage daily correspondence, and prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Oversee and manage the company's social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in marketing or administrative roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software or web development is a plus.
Timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan Time (including one hour break).
Salary: 40,000 PKR initially will be increased based on performance.
