Security Guards

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Employment Terms: Your employment is contractual and temporary. You may be removed from this role without notice.
2. Reporting: You will report directly to the Security and Admin Supervisor for all responsibilities and instructions.
3. Duty Timings: Your duty will be rotated, and timings will be communicated according to operational needs.
4. Access Point Monitoring: Closely monitor all four access gates and prevent unauthorized entry, including any potential trespassing over the boundary walls.
5. Protection and Safety: Protect SV-5, its residents, and their properties through a strong and visible presence to prevent vandalism, theft, personal injury, and other criminal acts.
6. Emergency Response: Act promptly in emergencies such as burglaries, thefts, fires, or any law and order situations.
7. Vigilance: Remain active, alert, and vigilant at all times. Identify, sense, and report any suspicious or criminal activity within and around SV-5.
8. Professional Conduct: Avoid unnecessary chatting or idle conversation during duty hours.
9. Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as needed, such as distributing circulars, collecting dues, assisting residents in emergencies, and monitoring children near entry and exit points.
10. CCTV Monitoring: Monitor the CCTV system continuously and ensure its proper functioning.
11. Punctuality: Report to your duty post at least 15 minutes before your shift to ensure a smooth handover from the outgoing guard.
12. Prohibited Activities: Refrain from reading newspapers, and books, or using mobile phones during your duty hours.
13. Behavior and Attitude: React with kindness, politeness, and respect toward everyone at all times.
14. Calmness in Incidents: Maintain composure during incidents. Do not lose your temper or self-control.
15. Respectful Conduct: Display a positive attitude and respectful demeanor towards all individuals.
16. Traffic Management: Manage traffic to ensure smooth flow at all times.
17. Additional Responsibilities: Follow any additional responsibilities or instructions provided by the Security and Admin Supervisor.
18. Disciplinary Actions: Violation of the job description or instructions will result in disciplinary actions.

Physical and Mental Fitness

Reading and Writing in Urdu with a basic reading of English will be preferred

Can take and understand instructions

Can enter details of visitors in Vistors Register at Security Guard Room

Remain calm and composed in pressure situations
