Job Type: Target-based

Salary: PKR 40,000 - 50,000 (dependent on experience and target achievement)

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth: Identify, develop and execute strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze competitors and customer trends.
3. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, vendors and stakeholders.
4. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations and customer service).

5. Personal Convoyance: Must have personal transportation.
