As a Digital Marketing & Publishing Assistant, you’ll manage essential tasks across:
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
• Design, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to increase engagement and grow our readership.
• Develop and manage landing pages and email sequences using AWeber to foster connections and drive book sales.
Book Review and Formatting
• Conduct thorough book reviews and light edits to ensure quality and consistency.
• Format e-books and print books to publishing standards (training will be provided if necessary).
AI and Automation
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) to assist with content creation and streamline workflows.
• Implement automation workflows using no-code platforms like Zapier or Integromat to enhance operational efficiency.
Additional Tasks
• Take on various ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the business.
• Create simple graphics and promotional materials, if you have basic design skills (Canva or Adobe experience preferred)
