Job Description

Axxon BPO is seeking proactive Self Closers to join our expanding team in Saddar, Rawalpindi. As a Self Closer, you will independently manage your sales pipeline, handling leads and closing deals efficiently. Ideal candidates are goal-oriented, confident in sales tactics, and excel in self-management and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
• Manage leads and close deals autonomously to meet individual and team sales goals.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to handle objections and secure customer commitment.
• Document interactions and follow up on leads to ensure a smooth closing process.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the sales process and closing rate.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales or call center environment, preferably with a focus on closing.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and self-management abilities.
• Requirements: Availability for night shifts and a commitment to maintaining high performance.
