Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative with a strong American accent to join our Truck Dispatching campaign. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, and possess strong sales capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting with customer inquiries, coordinating dispatch services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to truck dispatching services
• Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with truck drivers and ensure efficient dispatching services
• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and dispatch efficiency metrics
• Work closely with the dispatching team to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide real-time updates on customer and dispatch situations
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Call Center Representative, Sales Representative, or similar customer service role
• Strong American accent is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sales abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Ability to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with truck dispatching or logistics operations is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as required
