Job Description:
We are seeking a Social Media Marketer who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and promote our services. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
Create, curate, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Plan and execute paid campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to adapt strategies.
Collaborate with the content creation team to produce engaging posts, images, and videos.
Manage the social media calendar and ensure timely updates and posts.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social platforms in a professional and timely manner.
Track performance metrics (engagement rates, followers growth, etc.) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest tools, algorithms, and trends in social media marketing.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
