Senior SCM Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior SCM Executive to lead our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control, with a focus on improving processes and achieving company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Oversee procurement processes and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods.

Analyze inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels.

Coordinate logistics and distribution to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

Monitor supply chain performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a retail environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
