Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Ali Shopping Mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, to support our growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Support performance management processes, including performance evaluations and feedback.
Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR or a related role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
