H&H Developers, a leading name in the Real Estate industry in Lahore, is seeking a motivated Customer Sales Representative with 5 years of experience. We specialize in developing luxurious living spaces and commercial properties under our flagship project, SKYLINE CITY.

**Responsibilities:**
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Prepare and present property proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate successful transactions.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and product offerings.

**Required Skills:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

**Educational Qualification:**
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
