H&H Developers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Advisor to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market to provide expert guidance and support to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research and analyze property trends.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and present property listings and marketing strategies.
- Provide clients with information about the real estate market conditions and trends.
- Coordinate property viewings and open houses.
- Negotiate property deals and agreements.
- Manage client inquiries and ensure exceptional customer service.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate advisory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- In-depth knowledge of the Lahore real estate market.
- Proficiency in real estate software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent marketing and sales skills.
