We are looking for a Social Media Manager with 1-3 years of experience to manage and execute our social media strategies, create engaging content, and ensure consistent audience engagement across all platforms. This role will be crucial in driving brand visibility and creating strong connections with our audience.

Working Days: Monday - Friday
Timings: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive strategies to build brand awareness, engagement, and growth across various social media platforms.
Handle the day-to-day management of the brand’s profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
Develop original content and curate relevant posts to ensure fresh and engaging material is posted regularly.
Audience Engagement: Monitor and engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and engaging in conversations to build community and brand loyalty.
Track social media performance and compile reports on key metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign performance.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve campaign goals.
Stay informed about the latest trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand remains relevant.
Requirements:
Proficiency in managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Ability to create visually appealing and compelling social media content.
Strong understanding of social media metrics and tools to measure performance and optimize strategies.
Experience in running and optimizing social media ads for better results.
Ability to think outside the box and create unique, engaging content.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Regularly research competitors and analyze their social media strategies.
Excellent communication to address inquiries and respond to feedback.
Familiarity with SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
Stay informed about trends to capitalize on relevant social media opportunities.
Strong writing skills to craft compelling posts that resonate with the audience.
Ability to work closely with other departments like content creation, marketing, and video production teams.
Ability to adjust strategies based on performance and feedback.
