We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (TeleSales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, closing sales, and building long-term customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for meeting sales targets. As a Sales Development Representative (TeleSales), you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential and existing clients over the phone.
Shift Time - 8 Pm to 5 Am
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
Generate and qualify leads to meet sales targets and objectives.
Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to close sales.
Maintain a database of customer information and sales progress.
Handle customer objections and resolve inquiries promptly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to learn about products and services quickly and explain them to clients.

Strong organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in Sales, TeleSales or a related field will be given preference.
