Job Description
Responsible to Co-ordinate with all regions, Plant, Customer Services, Advertising and Accounts departments.
Follow-up Regional dealers matters including sales & collection.
Responsible to contact with dealers to make payments possible.
Responsible to make timely entries of all payments.
Responsible to control the activities of Field Force Members.
Responsible to collect market feedback through sales force.
Responsible to maintain region-wise & dealer-wise sales records and accounts status.
Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
Job Specification
- Customer service experience in an office setting.
- Can calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.
- Ability to perform under pressure and stressful conditions
