Marketing & Events Manager - REMOTE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Events Manager to oversee social media, event planning, administrative tasks, and business development initiatives. This is a 40-hour/week remote position ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for arts and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and promote engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok to build community engagement and grow our following.
• Website Updates: Regularly update and maintain our Squarespace website to reflect current events, trips, and organizational updates.
• Event Promotions: Promote events through platforms such as Meetup, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels to maximize outreach and participation.
• Research: Identify potential partners, venues, and audiences for events and programs.
• Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for trips, workshops, and private group events, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site/virtual execution.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage bookings, participant communications, and event documentation.
• Business Development: Support outreach, partnership development, and growth initiatives to expand programming and revenue opportunities.
