Technical Director

We are seeking a Part Time (with transition to Full Time) Technical Director to lead and oversee our technical projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead technical project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review and approve technical designs and architectures.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technical staff.
- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise.

- Proven experience as a Technical Director or similar role (minimum 3 years).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies.
- Experience with project management tools and frameworks.
