Job Description
Salary: Rs 25,000 - Rs 45,000 per month
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Video Editor with a passion for creating visually engaging content, especially for platforms like YouTube and social media. This remote role is perfect for professionals skilled in both graphic design and video editing, with expertise in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. You’ll play a key role in producing graphics, thumbnails, and dynamic video content tailored for YouTube, ensuring high-quality production that enhances audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails, banners, and promotional visuals using Photoshop and Illustrator.
Video Editing:
- Edit long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, adding engaging effects, transitions, and animations using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Optimize video content with titles, subtitles, and end screens tailored for YouTube’s audience and algorithm.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and content creators via virtual meetings to align creative direction with branding goals.
- Develop and execute ideas for video storytelling, ensuring content is visually compelling and aligned with YouTube trends.
- Maintain a library of reusable assets, including intro/outro templates, animations, and graphic elements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing, with a focus on content for YouTube or social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work, including YouTube thumbnails, video edits, and social media graphics.
- Familiarity with YouTube content creation strategies, including optimal thumbnail design, resolution standards, and video formats.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Knowledge of YouTube SEO, audience engagement strategies, and trending content styles is a plus.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience is desired but not necessary.
- Understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and YouTube analytics.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary design tools/software.
