Position is for an online math learning platform based in Pakistan. Looking for an energetic, go-getter closer! Remote position but sometimes need to go in-person for promotional activities as well. English fluency required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Handle and track incoming leads from social media, email, and other platforms.
Respond promptly to inquiries (within 1 hour) to maximize conversion chances.
Categorize leads based on their needs and maintain an updated record of all leads.
Sales and Follow-Ups:
Engage with potential customers to explain our programs and unique value proposition.
Guide parents and students through the enrollment process, including answering questions about courses, schedules, and fees.
Follow up with leads after free trials to encourage enrollment and collect feedback. Ideal candidate should be tech savvy.
Coordination with Teams:
Work closely with teachers to schedule trial classes and finalize student placements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts and provide feedback on campaign performance.
Ensure smooth communication between parents, students, and teachers.
Fee Collection and Reporting:
Ensure timely collection of student fees and provide payment reminders when needed.
Maintain daily reports on leads, closed enrollments
Customer Relationship Management:
Actively engage with parents in WhatsApp groups to address concerns, answer questions, and provide updates on student progress.
Resolve any customer inquiries or complaints efficiently and professionally.
Key Performance Metrics:
Lead response time (target: within 1 hour).
Conversion rate of leads to enrolled students.
Retention rate of students after free trials.
Timeliness and accuracy of daily reports.
