Job Description: Cyberscudo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Centre Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position, and we are looking for someone who is fluent in English (a British accent is a plus) and has a proven track record in sales or call centre environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Provide information about Cyberscudo’s services and answer customer inquiries
Drive sales by explaining and promoting relevant products or services
Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Required Skills:
Fluent in English (British accent is a plus)
Previous experience in a sales role or call centre environment is required
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Basic computer skills for managing customer interactions and reports
Salary & Benefits:
Starting salary: Rs 40,000
Monthly bonuses of up to Rs 20,000 (details will be explained during the interview)
