We require the services of an experienced Business Development Professional, who have worked in reputed companies and played as a key team member in business development of mobile apps, he/she will be responsible for managing, implementing, and deploying new business processes and acquiring new business (Mobile Apps Design & Development) through converting inbound leads and different forums like upwork and other freelancing portals. Only candidates having experience of acquiring projects through upwork and other freelancing portals and proficient in Skype and Web Meetings, should apply.

Job Specification
Responsible for formulating and implementing the overall Business Development strategy of the Company.Responsible for writing Proposals based on the nature of Project and placing bids on upwork and other freelancing portals.
Responsible for Pre-sales and Post Sales Account Management activities related to mobile app Design & Development projects.Managing day-to-day relationships with strategic partners/clients and developing a deep understanding of their products and long-term business strategies and understand client business model.
Understanding client's requirements, communicating it with the team and quoting a price after consulting with seniors.
Must be able to win projects through existing contacts in industry or through freelancing sites to meet weekly and monthly targets.
Creating requirements, Functional Specs, Communicating with clients, breaking projects into tasks and assigning tasks to the team members, providing timely feedback to the clients.
Applicant should make sure that applications created are of good quality.
Use project management tool to assign tasks and manage reports, use of trello and basecamp will be a positive point.Identify key Solutions to Customers and target for increased penetration by providing additional solutions to existing customer base.
Work closely with company management, technical and operations staff to develop and deliver proposals and client deliverable on time.
Review successful and unsuccessful business development efforts, perform root causes corrective actions analysis, incorporates improvements and drive BD area issues to closure.
Build trust, relationships and be comfortable in working with all levels of management within the company.
The Business Development Executive may provide training for developing bid proposals to other less experienced candidates.Knowledge of Mobile Development Life cycle and wireframings.
Knowledge of mobile platforms, web server back end and API.
Must have strong and excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal, Written and Listening)
Must have a high Aptitude of Selling services for client acquisition.
