We are seeking dynamic Customer Support Representative for a UK based project.
The candidates should have an exceptional command on English language (Speaking, listening & Understanding) along with decent ascent.
Key Responsibilities:·
Speaking to Engineers on phones to allocate service work·
Chat to customers via chat / emails ·
Answer calls from customers taking basic information ·
Update / Maintains customer records by updating account information.·
Update all internal systems including CRM/Excel sheet
