Branch Internal Auditor

• Carry out audit work according to monthly plan.
• Document and evaluate and test systems and control to determine the adequacy and effectiveness ensuring with compliance with policies and procedures, reliability and integrity of information and safeguarding of assets.
• Arrange & attain exit meeting with auditee’s management to discuss on the audit results during course of the audit for mitigating gap of understanding (if any) and ensuring timeliness for corrective action.
• To discuss with supervisor / HIA of major risks or audit findings identified during the course of audit.
• To carry out any other work assigned by the supervisor/ HIA
• Prepare and preserve the various documentations for audit work such as working papers audit program, supporting evidence permanent file, current file, circulars, minute including exit meetings minutes and office memo for review by the supervisor/HIA.
• Ensure compliance of ethical standards/code of conduct as prescribed under Internal Audit Manual and Bank’s policies.
• Keeping himself/herself fully abreast of changes in regulatory environment and industry practices.
