E-Commerce Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations for our website and Daraz store.
• Inventory management
• Coordinating product shipments
• Implement and monitor e-commerce promotions and campaigns.
• Analyze performance data.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure compliance with platform policies.

• Experience in e-commerce operations (preferably cosmetics/beauty).
• Knowledge of Daraz and standalone e-commerce platforms.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
