HR Recruiter

Position Details:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: PKR 60,000 - PKR 100,000

Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Location: Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.

Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.

Coordinate with candidates for interviews, offer letters, and final negotiations.

Maintain accurate records of candidates and job applications in the recruitment system.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Support the development of recruitment strategies and help drive initiatives to enhance the talent acquisition process.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Proven experience in recruiting for diverse roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.(Minimum of 2 years with recruitment)

Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques.

Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
