What you’ll be doing
Experts Communication is looking for an experienced, fluent, and International Call Center Representative on the night shift.
Note: Candidate must be fluent in English and nearby candidates are encouraged to apply.
Shift timing: 07:00 pm to 4:00 am
Only 5 working days Sat/Sun off.
Able to work for night shift.
Benefits:
Basic salary 35k to 60k
Attendance Allowance
Uncapped commission
Growth opportunities (Every 4 Months)
Company-paid dinners every month etc.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Understanding Customer Needs: Actively listen to identify customer requirements and align them with your product/service.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services you offer to build customer trust.
Clarity and Conciseness: Ensure your communication is clear, brief, and to the point.
Active Listening: Show genuine interest by listening carefully to customers without interrupting.
Tone and Voice: Use a friendly, confident, and empathetic tone to build rapport.
