1: Generate and track invoices, ensuring timely invoices are issued to clients.
2: Maintain and reconcile account ledgers for all clients to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
3: Prepare and file monthly, quarterly and annual sales tax returns and ensure it is in compliance of all tax regulations of the FBR.
4: Operate and maintain the accounting software to ensure accurate financial data entry and generate periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts along with balance sheets.
5: Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and regulations, promoting a culture of compliance and ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Accounts processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in accounting software with advanced MS Excel Skills – High level of accuracy with attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
