Job Title: Customer Sales Representative (CSR) - International Sales
Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to join our team, responsible for engaging with clients in the international market, specifically the US and UK. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and sales growth. This role is crucial in driving our expansion efforts in the international market by effectively communicating with potential clients, identifying their needs, and offering our services and products.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and chat to introduce and promote company products/services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster ongoing business.
Effectively communicate the value propositions of our offerings, tailoring responses to meet client needs.
Address customer inquiries, provide detailed information, and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through excellent customer service and persuasive communication.
Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales, and other essential data in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to expand our market reach.
Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Persuasive Skills: Ability to influence and convince potential clients while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing, especially with international clients, is preferred.
Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts (5:00 PM to 5:00 AM).
Location: Comfortable with a commute to our office in D-12, Islamabad.
