An innovative tech startup is seeking fresh graduates in Computer Science or Software Engineering to join their team as Technical Support Engineers/IT Helpdesk. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge Microsoft 365 technologies alongside traditional IT support functions.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, basic networking, and common software applications.
Provide support for Microsoft 365 technologies, including Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
Assist in configuring and managing Azure Cloud services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Files, and other related resources.
Work on device management tasks, including enrolling and managing devices using Microsoft Intune for Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
Implement and manage compliance and security policies within Microsoft 365.
Handle IT ticketing systems, respond to user queries, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and maintain IT infrastructure effectively.
Stay updated on the latest features and updates within Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies to provide optimal support.
Requirements:
Qualification: Recent graduates in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, such as Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services, such as Virtual Machines, Azure Files, and Azure Networking, is a plus.
Prior experience in customer support or technical helpdesk is a plus but not mandatory.
A strong desire to assist users in resolving technical issues and a patient approach to problem-solving.
An eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest technological trends and industry standards.
