What you’ll be doing

We are looking for an experienced Scheduler to provide schedule and planning services for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on complex large scale Construction projects within the Data Centre or similar project type.

1. Establish the project schedule management system with Project Manager, Project Director.
2. Work with project team to prepare the project schedule in different levels.
3. Prepare high level scheduling report to steering committee for project schedule progress analysis
4. Provide all key milestone with construction, procurement and design team to align the key interface milestone, able to organize meeting to align and analyze timeline and gaps
5. Coordinate the different team to review/approve the schedule.
6. Instruct the key coordination dates for project execution to achieve the schedule alignment between different contractors.
7. Alert potential project delays
8. Report project execution status in different forms for different purposes.

Planning engineers need strong analytical abilities to analyze project requirements, identify potential setbacks, and devise effective solutions.

Computer-Aided Design (CAD)

Planning engineers should be familiar with CAD applications, which are computer programs used for designing and evaluating complex projects.
