Job Specification

Develop and implement effective social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Create and schedule engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.

Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and interactions with followers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing campaigns.

Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native platform insights, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain the brand’s competitive edge.

Run paid social media ads and manage budgets, targeting specific demographics to increase reach and conversions.

Build and maintain relationships with influencers and online communities to promote brand awareness and collaboration.

Monitor competitors’ social media activity and suggest improvements for ongoing campaigns.

Report on the effectiveness of social media strategies and adjust tactics as needed.
