Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and schedule daily posts, stories, and updates that engage and grow our online community.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Track social media performance and analyze engagement metrics to optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and platform algorithm changes to adapt content and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across digital marketing efforts.
Creative Content Development:
- Develop and execute creative ideas for social media campaigns, ad creatives, and other digital content.
- Design and create visual content (images, infographics, videos, etc.) using design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design software.
- Write compelling and engaging copy for social media posts, captions, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (designers, photographers, videographers) to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content.
- Ensure all creative output adheres to the company’s branding guidelines and messaging.
Campaign Execution & Reporting:
- Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and external partners to amplify brand presence.
- Continuously test and experiment with new content formats, posting schedules, and social strategies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in brainstorming and developing new concepts for product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, offering innovative ideas for growth and engagement.
- Support the marketing team with creative brainstorming and concept development for other channels as needed.
